Hi, I'm 417 Oak Street.

House prices in Charlottesville, like so many places, are higher than Cheech and Chong. Even so, it seems all the other houses were selling like iPods; and I sat on the market for quite a while at 229K.

Here's what I ended up with:

Asking 199K
Selling 170K
Needs 35K in improvements.
