Above the waste and above the waist.


That window will provide almost as much ventilation as my current half bath.

Odds and Ends and Odds

Patch the leaking 2nd Floor drain pipe. Now with more patch than pipe. Also frame out the bedroom (another nececity I hadn't planned on).



Then another unplanned necessity. Replacing the floor in the closet under the stairs -- oh, and hte ceiling under the stairs too.
