Electric Tools need Electricity
With no electricity on the my first floor, you may need some cordless tools.
24 volts Hammer Drill, reciprocating Saw (a.k.a. saw's all; a.k.a. saw-zall) and Circular Saw. Black and Decker. The set is kind of a cross between Johnny Homeowner and Bobby Homebuilder which is perfect for Raymond Homewrecker.
And it was, oddly enough, easier to buy tools to work on the house than actually work on the house.

With Progress comes Discovery
With Progress comes Discovery.
For instance, Mike and Lisa, discovered a floor under the rubble. And they discovered that the pile of crap behind the house could fit neatly into the dumpster. Dumpster filled (for a 3rd time) in the rain.
And David and Ray were able to discover, that if they acted fast enough, they could add some very much needed temporary supports before the house collapsed. Question to self: What is hold me up?
